Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
  • Have six months experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • Ability to prepare and coach beverage and food preparation to standard or customized recipes
  • Experience delegating and coordinating tasks for two or more employees

Job Qualifications

  • Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment
  • Six months experience in a position involving direct customer interaction
  • At least six months experience delegating tasks or coordinating two or more employees
  • Ability to direct work of others
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build relationships

Job Duties

  • Lead shift operations and team efforts to ensure quality service
  • Coach and prepare food and beverages according to Starbucks recipes
  • Manage cash handling and ensure store safety protocols
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and store environment
  • Motivate and guide team members during shifts
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
  • Support the deployment and coordination of tasks among team members
