Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes including recipe changes

Job Duties
- Lead and motivate barista team during shifts
- Ensure quality preparation of food and beverages according to standard and customized recipes
- Oversee store operations including cash handling and safety protocols
- Delegate tasks effectively to team members
- Coach and train employees on customer service and operational standards
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Manage customer concerns and ensure a welcoming environment
