Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality food and beverage preparation, cash handling, and safety
- Six months experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- Prepare and coach beverage and food preparation to standard recipes or customer specifications
- Six months experience delegating tasks and coordinating two or more employees
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum six months of experience in customer service
- Experience supervising or coordinating tasks for a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of retail environment
- Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively
Job Duties
- Lead store operations during shifts
- Oversee preparation of food and beverages to company standards
- Coach and delegate tasks to team members
- Ensure quality customer service and satisfaction
- Maintain store safety and security standards
- Manage cash handling and store policies
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment
