As a Shift Supervisor, you will gain leadership experience, enhance your skills in team management, and participate in continuous learning initiatives. The company also offers comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance options, paid parental leave, paid vacation and sick time, and access to education through programs like the Starbucks College Achievement Plan with 100% tuition coverage for a first-time bachelor’s degree via Arizona State University’s online program. Additionally, partners have access to retirement savings plans with employer matches, stock purchase programs, and financial wellness resources.

Working at Starbucks embraces flexibility, allowing partners to work varied shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays. Starbucks ensures equitable employment practices and provides accommodations for partners with disabilities. This role invites you to be part of a company with a strong social responsibility ethos and a commitment to local and global community impact. If you are passionate about coffee, customer experience, and leadership development, this opportunity at Starbucks offers an engaging career path with meaningful rewards.
