Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Six months experience interacting with customers and fulfilling requests
  • Experience delegating tasks and coordinating activities of multiple employees
  • Knowledge of retail operations and safety standards
  • Ability to prepare and coach food and beverage preparation
  • Capability to handle cash and maintain store security
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team

Job Qualifications

  • Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment for at least one year
  • Experience with cash handling and store safety procedures
  • Ability to lead and coordinate teams of two or more employees
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes

Job Duties

  • Lead store shifts and guide baristas to deliver quality customer service
  • Ensure adherence to store operational policies and safety standards
  • Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food according to standard or customized recipes
  • Manage cash handling and store security tasks during shifts
  • Delegate tasks and coordinate activities of team members effectively
  • Maintain a positive, inclusive, and energizing work environment
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
