Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages, food products, cash handling, and safety
- six months of customer interaction experience
- experience preparing food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- at least six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks

Job Duties
- Lead and coach the team to deliver exceptional customer service
- oversee daily store operations ensuring quality and safety standards
- prepare and coach preparation of beverages and food according to recipes
- delegate tasks and coordinate activities among team members
- manage cash handling and ensure store security
- foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
- support partner development and training
