Job Requirements

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling and store safety
at least six months experience interacting with customers
prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
six months experience managing or delegating tasks to employees
ability to guide others and stay calm in fast-paced environments

Job Qualifications

Customer service experience in retail or restaurant environment
experience delegating tasks and coordinating team members
ability to direct the work of others
effective oral communication skills
ability to learn quickly
strong interpersonal and team-building skills
knowledge of retail environment and store operations

Job Duties

Lead store shifts and supervise team members to ensure smooth operations
coach and support baristas in preparing beverages and food items according to Starbucks standards
manage cash handling procedures and maintain store safety and security
create an uplifting and motivating environment for partners and customers alike
delegate tasks effectively and coordinate team efforts during busy periods
communicate clearly and resolve issues promptly to maintain quality customer service
promote adherence to company policies and operational procedures
