Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

  • Minimum six months experience interacting with customers and fulfilling their requests
  • At least six months experience delegating tasks to or coordinating with other employees
  • Ability to direct the work of others
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment for at least one year
  • Experience delegating tasks or coordinating team activities with two or more employees
  • Ability to prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
  • Knowledge of retail environment and operational standards
  • Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively in a team setting

Job Duties

  • Lead store shifts ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with baristas to deliver high-quality beverages and food products
  • Manage cash handling and store safety procedures
  • Coach and develop team members to enhance performance
