Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- Minimum six months experience interacting with customers and fulfilling their requests

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment for at least one year
- Experience delegating tasks or coordinating team activities with two or more employees
- Ability to prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Effective oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
- Knowledge of retail environment and operational standards
- Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively in a team setting
Job Duties
- Lead store shifts ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with baristas to deliver high-quality beverages and food products
- Manage cash handling and store safety procedures
