Job Requirements

- Six months experience in delegating tasks or coordinating multiple employees

Job Duties
- Lead store shifts and guide a team of baristas to deliver quality customer service

- Motivate and support team members to achieve store goals
- Ensure adherence to Starbucks operational policies and standards
- Manage customer interactions to promote positive experiences
