Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety protocols
- prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to Starbucks standards or customer customizations
- have at least six months of customer-facing experience
- have at least six months of supervisory experience delegating or coordinating team tasks
Job Qualifications

- six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating the work of two or more employees
- strong interpersonal and oral communication skills
- ability to direct and motivate a team
- knowledge of the retail environment

Job Duties
- lead the store team during shifts to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency
- coach and prepare food and beverages according to Starbucks recipes and customer specifications
- delegate and coordinate tasks among team members to maintain store flow
- ensure compliance with store safety, security, and cash handling policies
- foster a welcoming environment that promotes connection between partners and customers
- manage store operations including opening and closing duties as needed
- support the professional development and training of partners
