Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- six months of customer interaction experience
- ability to prepare and coach food and beverage preparation as per recipes or customer customization
- experience delegating tasks to and coordinating the work of two or more employees
- effective oral communication skills
- ability to keep calm and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment for at least one year
- experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests for a minimum of six months
- experience delegating tasks to and coordinating teams of two or more employees for at least six months
- ability to direct the work of others effectively
- strong oral communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work well as part of a team and build strong relationships
- willingness and ability to learn quickly and adapt to new beverage recipes and operational procedures
Job Duties
- lead each shift by managing and motivating a team of baristas to deliver quality customer service and beverages
- ensure compliance with store operating policies including cash handling, store safety, and security
- coach and prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customization
- maintain an energetic and positive work environment, keeping calm and focused during busy periods
- communicate effectively with team members and customers to build strong relationships
- delegate tasks to employees and coordinate team efforts to ensure operational efficiency
- support the continuous learning and development of partners through training and feedback
