Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
  • At least six months experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • At least six months experience delegating tasks or coordinating multiple employees
  • Ability to prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard or customized recipes
  • Ability to keep calm and composed in a fast-paced, energetic environment

Job Qualifications

  • Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment for at least one year
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of retail operations and cash handling
  • Ability to work well in fast-paced, team-oriented settings
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
