Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
- At least six months experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- At least six months experience delegating tasks or coordinating multiple employees
- Ability to prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard or customized recipes
- Ability to keep calm and composed in a fast-paced, energetic environment
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment for at least one year
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
- Effective oral communication skills
- Knowledge of retail operations and cash handling
- Ability to work well in fast-paced, team-oriented settings
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
Job Duties
- Lead and supervise store operations during shifts
- Coach and motivate baristas to deliver excellent customer service
