Job Requirements

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
meet store operating policies and standards
six months of experience interacting with customers
prepare food and beverages according to recipes and customer customizations
six months of experience delegating tasks and coordinating employees

Job Qualifications

Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment for at least one year
experience delegating tasks and coordinating team members
ability to direct the work of others
strong interpersonal and communication skills
knowledge of the retail environment
ability to work as part of a team
effective oral communication skills
ability to learn quickly

Job Duties

Lead each shift and oversee store operations
work alongside baristas to deliver quality customer service
ensure preparation of beverages and food products to standard recipes
maintain cash handling and store safety protocols
motivate and guide team members
promote a positive and collaborative team environment
communicate effectively with partners and customers
