Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food products, cash handling, store safety and security with or without reasonable accommodations
- Six months of experience in a role requiring constant customer interaction
- Experience delegating tasks to or coordinating two or more employees
- Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes including recipe modifications
