Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
  • comply with store operating policies and standards including cash handling and store safety
  • minimum six months experience in customer-facing roles
  • ability to prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages according to recipes
  • experience managing and coordinating multiple employees
  • ability to stay calm under pressure
  • excellent communication skills

  • Customer service experience in retail or restaurant environment for at least one year

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts by overseeing store operations and team performance

  • handle cash management and transaction accuracy
  • manage shift scheduling and task delegation
  • resolve customer concerns and maintain a welcoming store environment
  • assist in training and coaching team members to enhance skills and knowledge
