Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling and store safety
- have six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- have at least six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks with two or more employees
- demonstrate ability to direct the work of others
- possess effective communication and interpersonal skills
- able to work collaboratively as part of a team

Job Duties
- lead each shift and guide a team of baristas to deliver quality customer service

- prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages according to recipes
- handle customer interactions and resolve any issues calmly
- support training and development of store team members
- ensure compliance with store policies and quality guidelines
