Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling and store safety
- Minimum six months experience in a customer-facing role
- At least six months experience delegating or coordinating tasks

- Lead store operations during assigned shifts

- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain store safety
- Coach and prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customization
- Maintain an encouraging, positive team environment
- Communicate effectively with partners and customers
