Flexibility in working hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays is essential. Starbucks values consistent attendance and punctuality to maintain seamless operations. Furthermore, the company emphasizes growth and development, offering robust support for partners to expand their skill sets and advance their careers.

These include access to medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans, paid parental leave, vacation accrual, sick time, holiday pay, and disability coverage. The company also supports financial well-being through a 401(k) plan with employer matching, stock purchase programs, and emergency savings incentives. Partners can benefit from full tuition coverage for a bachelor’s degree via Arizona State University’s online program and receive support with student loan management and other educational opportunities.

Starbucks is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion in its workforce. Reasonable accommodations are provided for applicants with disabilities. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about coffee, customer service, and leading teams in a dynamic retail environment. By joining Starbucks as a Shift Supervisor, you become part of a company dedicated to crafting community experiences as enriching as the coffee they serve.
