Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

- Six months of customer-facing experience
- Six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating team members

Job Duties
- Lead shift operations and supervise baristas to ensure excellent customer service
- Coach team members on beverage preparation and store procedures
- Manage cash handling and ensure store safety and security
- Maintain quality standards for products and customer interactions
- Foster a positive and motivating team environment
- Handle customer concerns and provide solutions
- Support training and development of new partners
