Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards
- at least six months experience in a customer-facing role
- at least six months experience delegating or coordinating tasks among multiple employees
- ability to remain calm and focused in a dynamic environment
Job Qualifications
- customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment for at least one year
- ability to direct and guide the work of others
- effective oral communication skills
- strong interpersonal and team-building skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of store safety and cash handling procedures
- ability and willingness to learn new beverage recipes and operational standards
Job Duties
- lead each shift and ensure adherence to Starbucks Experience standards
- work alongside baristas to deliver excellent customer service and quality products
- maintain a positive and encouraging team environment
- coach and support team members in beverage preparation and operational tasks
- manage cash handling and ensure store safety and security
- handle customer requests and resolve issues effectively
- coordinate and delegate tasks to team members
