With thousands of locations worldwide, Starbucks is committed to delivering a unique customer experience by blending quality beverages, innovative recipes, and a culture of inclusivity and respect. The company prides itself on its commitment to sustainability, social responsibility, and the growth and well-being of its partners (employees). The role demands flexibility as you will work varied hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the store’s needs. Your interpersonal skills will be essential as you coach and prepare your team, delegate tasks effectively, and handle customer interactions that foster loyalty and satisfaction.

Starbucks is committed to your career journey, investing in your personal and professional growth through continuous learning opportunities and benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid parental leave, vacation and sick time, 401(k) with employer match, and tuition coverage for higher education through the Starbucks College Achievement Plan. You will also enjoy perks like discounts on company stock and participation in emergency savings initiatives. This is a role for someone passionate about coffee culture and community engagement, seeking to lead with empathy and excellence while advancing in a supportive and inclusive environment where diversity is valued and celebrated.
