Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- be available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling and store safety
- have six months of experience in customer-facing roles
- have six months experience delegating tasks to employees or coordinating team efforts
Job Qualifications
- at least six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- at least six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating employees
- knowledge of the retail environment
- strong interpersonal and oral communication skills
- ability to direct the work of others and build relationships
- ability to learn quickly and work as part of a team
Job Duties
- lead each shift and act as a role model to others
- work alongside a team of baristas to deliver quality customer service and expertly crafted products
- maintain an encouraging and positive team environment
- ensure compliance with store safety and cash handling policies
- prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- delegate and coordinate tasks among team members
- handle customer interactions effectively in a fast-paced environment
