Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards including providing quality food and beverage products, cash handling, and store safety and security with or without reasonable accommodation
- six months of customer service experience
- ability to prepare food and beverages to recipe standards or customer-customized preferences
- six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks of two or more employees

Job Duties
- lead shift operations including supervising staff and ensuring customer satisfaction
