Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety, with or without reasonable accommodations
- Six months experience interacting with and fulfilling requests of customers
- Prepare and coach standard or customized food and beverages
- At least six months experience delegating or coordinating tasks of two or more employees
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least six months of experience in customer-facing roles
- Experience in delegating or coordinating the work of other employees
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Knowledge of retail environment
Job Duties
- Lead shift operations to ensure smooth store functioning
- Coach and prepare team members in food and beverage preparation to company standards
- Delegate and coordinate tasks among team members
- Maintain store safety, security, and cash handling procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming environment
- Ensure quality control of beverages and food products
- Support attendance and punctuality standards
