Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling, safety, and quality beverage and food preparation
- Six months of customer-facing experience
- Six months experience delegating or coordinating tasks for two or more employees
Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience interacting with customers in a service role
- Six months of experience delegating tasks to or coordinating two or more employees
- Effective oral communication skills
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
- Knowledge of the retail environment
- Ability to build relationships
Job Duties
- Lead and direct the team during shifts to ensure high standards of customer service and product quality
- Coach and prepare food and beverage items according to Starbucks recipes and customer specifications
- Manage store operations including cash handling, safety, and security protocols
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Delegate tasks and coordinate activities among team members to optimize workflow
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for customers and partners
- Support training and development of team members to enhance skills and performance
