Beyond operational duties, this role demands strong interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and build meaningful relationships that elevate the customer experience.

Starbucks supports its workforce with an outstanding benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, paid parental leave, vacation and sick leave, as well as financial wellness programs like 401(k) plans with employer match and stock purchase opportunities. Additionally, Starbucks offers educational benefits such as full tuition coverage for a first-time bachelor’s degree through Arizona State University. With a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, Starbucks ensures equal opportunity employment and reasonable accommodation for applicants with disabilities.
