Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- Minimum six months experience interacting and fulfilling customer requests
- Experience preparing and coaching food and beverages to standard or customized recipes

Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment for at least one year
- Experience delegating tasks or coordinating work of multiple employees
- Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to direct the work of others effectively
- Knowledge of retail store operations and customer service standards
- Ability to work well within a team
- Quick learner open to acquiring new skills
Job Duties
- Lead each shift and manage team operations effectively
- Ensure delivery of quality customer service and product standards
- Guide and motivate team members to maintain a positive work environment
- Oversee cash-handling and store safety protocols
- Train and coach partners on beverage preparation and customer engagement
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization during shifts
