Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling and safety
- experience in customer-facing roles for at least six months
- experience in delegating or coordinating tasks involving two or more employees
Job Qualifications
- minimum six months of experience interacting with customers in a service role
- at least six months experience delegating tasks or coordinating multiple employees
- strong interpersonal and effective oral communication skills
- ability to direct and lead work of others
