Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality

  • At least six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • Experience delegating tasks or coordinating team activities
  • Ability to coach food and beverage preparation to standard recipes

Job Duties

  • Manage tasks delegation and coordinate team responsibilities during shifts
  • Ensure compliance with Starbucks policies and procedures
  • Foster an encouraging and inclusive team environment
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
