Job Requirements

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food production, cash handling, and store safety
six months experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard or customized recipes
at least six months experience delegating or coordinating tasks for two or more employees

Job Qualifications

Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment for at least one year
ability to direct the work of others
effective oral communication skills
knowledge of the retail environment
strong interpersonal skills
ability to work as part of a team

Lead store shifts ensuring operational standards are met
