Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
- Six months of experience in customer-facing position
- Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating two or more employees
Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience delegating or coordinating tasks of two or more employees
- Ability to direct and lead others
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of the retail environment
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Ability to build strong relationships
Job Duties
- Lead shifts to create a welcoming and positive environment for customers and partners
- Coach and prepare beverages and food according to standard and customized recipes
- Manage and delegate tasks to team members during shifts
- Maintain store safety, security, and operational policies
- Provide quality customer service and fulfill customer requests
- Handle cash and complete transactions accurately
- Support team development and foster effective communication
