The role of Shift Supervisor at Starbucks is pivotal in delivering on the brand promise of exceptional customer experiences. As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead with craft and heart to create a warm and welcoming environment for both customers and partners. Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
- Six months of experience in customer-facing position
- Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating two or more employees
Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience delegating or coordinating tasks of two or more employees
- Ability to direct and lead others
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of the retail environment
- Ability to work well as part of a team

Job Duties
