Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality control, cash handling, and store safety with or without reasonable accommodations
- Six months experience in customer service interacting with customers
- Experience in task delegation and coordination of two or more employees
- Ability to prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard or customized recipes
Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience in a customer-facing role interacting regularly with customers

Job Duties
- Lead and coach store employees to maintain high-quality service and beverage standards

- Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages following standard recipes or customer customization
