This role focuses on the position of Shift Supervisor at Starbucks Coffee Company. Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages, food products, cash handling, and store safety
  • Six months of customer service experience
  • Six months of experience in task delegation and team coordination

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of experience interacting with customers
  • Six months of experience delegating tasks and supervising employees
  • Ability to direct the work of others
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the retail environment

Job Duties

  • Lead store operations during shifts including cash handling and safety compliance
  • Prepare and coach partners on food and beverage preparation standards
  • Delegate tasks to team members and coordinate daily workflow
  • Foster a welcoming store environment that promotes customer connection
  • Ensure adherence to store policies and quality assurance
  • Communicate effectively with partners and customers to resolve issues
