The role of a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks is essential in maintaining the high standards of quality and customer service for which the company is known. Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety
  • possess experience in customer interaction and fulfillment
  • ability to coach food and beverage preparation
  • capable of delegating tasks and coordinating team members

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum six months of experience interacting with customers in a service role
  • at least six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating work of two or more employees
  • knowledge of retail environment
  • effective oral communication skills
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • ability to work as part of a team
  • ability to direct the work of others

Job Duties
