Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety with or without reasonable accommodations
- have six months of experience in a position requiring constant interaction with customers
- have at least six months experience delegating or coordinating tasks of two or more employees
- possess excellent communication skills and the ability to keep calm in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- lead store shifts alongside baristas to ensure excellent customer service and product quality
- act as a role model for store operations standards, including cash handling and safety protocols
- motivate and guide team members to promote a positive and productive work environment
- manage food and beverage preparation according to standard recipes and customer customization
- maintain coolness and professionalism in a fast-paced setting
- communicate effectively with partners and customers to resolve issues and provide information
- support training and development of new employees
