Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies including quality product preparation, cash handling, and safety standards
- Six months of experience in customer-facing roles
- Six months experience in supervisory or team coordination roles
Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience interacting directly with customers
- Six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating team activities
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of retail environment
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
Job Duties
- Lead team during shift to ensure smooth store operations
- Coach and prepare team members on beverage and food preparation according to standards
- Maintain quality and safety standards including cash handling and store security
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly
- Delegate tasks and coordinate activities of two or more employees
- Monitor attendance and punctuality of staff
- Uphold company policies and operational procedures
