Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards
- six months experience interacting constantly with customers
- experience delegating or coordinating tasks
- ability to prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes

Job Duties
- lead each shift and manage store operations
- coach and support baristas to deliver quality customer service
