Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling and store safety
- Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- Six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating multiple employees
- Experience with preparing food and beverages to standard or customized recipes

- Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Effective oral communication skills

Job Duties
- Lead each store shift alongside baristas to deliver quality customer service and beverage preparation
- Act as a role model for Starbucks operational standards and the Starbucks Experience
- Delegate and coordinate tasks among team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Maintain an encouraging and positive team environment
- Handle cash responsibly and ensure store safety and security
- Communicate effectively with partners and customers
- Coach and support partners to develop their skills and maintain quality standards
