Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling and store safety
  • Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • Six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating multiple employees
  • Experience with preparing food and beverages to standard or customized recipes

Job Duties

  • Lead each store shift alongside baristas to deliver quality customer service and beverage preparation
  • Act as a role model for Starbucks operational standards and the Starbucks Experience
  • Delegate and coordinate tasks among team members to ensure smooth store operations
  • Maintain an encouraging and positive team environment
  • Handle cash responsibly and ensure store safety and security
  • Communicate effectively with partners and customers
  • Coach and support partners to develop their skills and maintain quality standards
