The role of a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks is pivotal in delivering this exceptional customer experience. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work flexible hours across various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, providing ample opportunity to interact with diverse customer groups. The position emphasizes consistent attendance and punctuality and requires at least six months of experience in roles requiring customer interaction and task delegation. Your leadership will directly impact the store’s performance and the satisfaction of both customers and partners alike.

Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
  • Six months of experience in customer interaction roles
  • Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
  • At least six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees or coordinating tasks of two or more employees
