Starbucks partners enjoy industry-leading benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid parental leave, paid vacation, participation in a 401(k) retirement plan with employer match, stock programs, and educational opportunities like upfront tuition coverage for a bachelor’s degree through the Starbucks College Achievement Plan.
