Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store policies and standards including quality control, cash handling, and safety
- At least six months of customer interaction experience
- Experience preparing and coaching food and beverage preparation
- Experience coordinating tasks of two or more employees
Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience in customer-facing roles
- Six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Effective oral communication skills
- Knowledge of the retail environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and build relationships
Job Duties

- Meet store operating policies and standards including beverage and food quality, cash handling, and safety protocols
- Delegate tasks to and coordinate the work of other employees

- Ensure compliance with all store safety and security guidelines
