Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- meet store operating policies and standards including providing quality beverages and food products cash handling and store safety and security with or without reasonable accommodations
- six months of experience in customer-interacting positions
- prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standards or customized for customers including recipe changes
- at least six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees or coordinating tasks of two or more employees

Job Duties
- Lead and supervise store operations during shifts
- coach and prepare team members to craft food and beverages according to standard recipes or custom requests

- ensure compliance with store safety, security, and cash handling policies
- provide excellent customer service and build relationships with customers
- manage flexible shift schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
