Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

  • meet store operating policies and standards including providing quality beverages and food products cash handling and store safety and security with or without reasonable accommodations
  • six months of experience in customer-interacting positions
  • prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standards or customized for customers including recipe changes
  • at least six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees or coordinating tasks of two or more employees

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise store operations during shifts
  • coach and prepare team members to craft food and beverages according to standard recipes or custom requests
  • maintain quality control of products and services
  • delegate tasks and coordinate work among employees
  • ensure compliance with store safety, security, and cash handling policies
  • provide excellent customer service and build relationships with customers
  • manage flexible shift schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
