Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling and store safety
- At least six months of experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience in delegating tasks and coordinating multiple employees
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills

- Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment
- At least six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- Experience delegating tasks to employees and coordinating team activities
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Effective oral communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
- Knowledge of the retail environment
Job Duties
- Lead each shift alongside a team of baristas to deliver quality customer service and expertly-crafted products
- Act as a role model for store operations standards defining the Starbucks Experience
- Maintain an encouraging and motivating team environment
- Handle cash management and ensure store safety and security
- Coach and prepare food and beverages to standard recipes including customization
- Delegate and coordinate tasks among team members
- Communicate effectively with customers and partners to create a positive experience
