Job Requirements

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
Available to work flexible hours including early mornings evenings weekends nights and or holidays
Meet store operating policies and standards including providing quality beverages and food products cash handling and store safety and security with or without reasonable accommodations
Six months of experience in a position requiring constant interaction and fulfilling customer requests
Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized including recipe changes
At least six months of experience delegating tasks to or coordinating two or more employees

Job Qualifications

Customer service experience in retail or restaurant environment - 1 year
Ability to direct the work of others
Effective oral communication skills
Knowledge of the retail environment
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to build relationships

Job Duties

Lead each shift working alongside baristas to deliver quality customer service and products
Act as a role model of store operations standards
Guide and motivate team members maintaining a positive team environment
Handle cash transactions and ensure store safety
Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
Monitor and maintain quality and cleanliness standards
Provide effective communication and support within the team
