Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings evenings weekends nights and or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including providing quality beverages and food products cash handling and store safety and security with or without reasonable accommodations
- Six months of experience in a position requiring constant interaction and fulfilling customer requests
- Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized including recipe changes
- At least six months of experience delegating tasks to or coordinating two or more employees
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience in retail or restaurant environment - 1 year
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Effective oral communication skills
- Knowledge of the retail environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to build relationships
Job Duties
- Lead each shift working alongside baristas to deliver quality customer service and products
- Act as a role model of store operations standards
- Guide and motivate team members maintaining a positive team environment
- Handle cash transactions and ensure store safety
- Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Monitor and maintain quality and cleanliness standards
- Provide effective communication and support within the team
