Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety with or without accommodations
- at least six months experience interacting with customers
- experience coaching or preparing food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- at least six months experience delegating or coordinating tasks for two or more employees
Job Qualifications
- customer service experience in retail or restaurant environment for at least one year
- proven leadership abilities in delegating tasks and guiding team members
- strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
