Job Requirements

  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety with or without accommodations
  • at least six months experience interacting with customers
  • experience coaching or preparing food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
  • at least six months experience delegating or coordinating tasks for two or more employees

Job Qualifications

  • customer service experience in retail or restaurant environment for at least one year
  • proven leadership abilities in delegating tasks and guiding team members
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • knowledge of store safety and cash handling procedures
  • commitment to maintaining high-quality standards

Job Duties
