Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety with or without reasonable accommodations
- Six months of experience in customer interaction roles
- Preparation and coaching in food and beverage standard recipes or customized orders
- At least six months experience delegating tasks to or coordinating two or more employees
Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience delegating tasks or coordinating work of multiple employees
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Effective oral communication skills
- Knowledge of the retail environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
Job Duties
- Lead and supervise store partner activities during shifts
- Ensure quality standards for beverages and food preparation are met
- Delegate tasks to team members and coordinate work among partners
- Manage cash handling and store security procedures
- Maintain a welcoming and safe environment for customers and staff
- Coach and develop partners to enhance their skills and performance
- Uphold store operating policies and standards during shifts
