Your responsibilities will include managing daily store functions such as preparing beverages and food items according to standardized recipes, coaching team members on performance and operational excellence, and maintaining store safety and security protocols. You will also be tasked with delegating duties effectively, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment, and ensuring strict adherence to store policies and procedures.

In addition to cultivating a supportive and engaging workplace, Starbucks provides industry-leading benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance options; paid parental leave; paid vacation and sick time; and financial benefits such as a 401(k) retirement plan with employer match and equity programs. Further enhancing its commitment to education and personal development, Starbucks offers 100% tuition coverage for a first-time bachelor’s degree through the Starbucks College Achievement Plan in partnership with Arizona State University. Additional perks include backup care, student loan management resources, and financial well-being tools.

In summary, the Shift Supervisor at Starbucks is more than just a supervisory role; it is a chance to lead with heart and craft, create meaningful experiences for customers and partners, and contribute to the vibrant community that defines Starbucks.
