Job Requirements

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
Meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling, safety, and quality
At least six months of experience interacting with customers
Ability to prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standards
Minimum six months experience in delegating or coordinating employees
Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
Strong oral communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum six months experience in customer-facing roles
Experience delegating tasks or coordinating team members
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
Demonstrated leadership potential
Knowledge of food and beverage preparation standards

Job Duties

Lead store shifts and oversee daily operations
Coach and motivate baristas to deliver excellent customer service
Ensure quality standards in beverage and food preparation
