Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety protocols
- have at least six months of experience in a role requiring customer interaction
- have at least six months of experience delegating tasks and coordinating work of two or more employees
- prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard or customized recipes
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment for at least one year
- strong oral communication skills
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- knowledge of store operational standards
- interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- familiarity with cash handling and store safety procedures
Job Duties
- Lead store shift operations and manage team performance
- coach and mentor baristas to deliver quality customer service
- oversee cash handling and ensure store safety protocols
- maintain store standards in quality and cleanliness
- motivate team members and foster a positive work environment
- manage customer service issues effectively
- assist in inventory management and store opening/closing procedures
