Job Requirements

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety protocols
have at least six months of experience in a role requiring customer interaction
have at least six months of experience delegating tasks and coordinating work of two or more employees
prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard or customized recipes

Job Qualifications

Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment for at least one year
strong oral communication skills
ability to lead and motivate a team
knowledge of store operational standards
interpersonal and relationship-building skills
ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
familiarity with cash handling and store safety procedures

Job Duties

Lead store shift operations and manage team performance
coach and mentor baristas to deliver quality customer service
oversee cash handling and ensure store safety protocols
maintain store standards in quality and cleanliness
motivate team members and foster a positive work environment
manage customer service issues effectively
assist in inventory management and store opening/closing procedures
