We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. This role is key to ensuring that our store operates smoothly and effectively while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and product quality. The Food and Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for preparing beverages and food products according to standard or customized recipes, coaching other team members in preparation techniques, and overseeing daily operations including cash handling and store safety. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring strong interpersonal skills, the ability to direct and coordinate team members, and a passion for creating great customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have at least six months of supervisory or coordination experience and a minimum of six months interacting with customers in roles requiring consistent service and fulfillment of customer needs. Flexibility in working hours is essential as the position may require early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays. Attendance and punctuality are critical to success, with or without reasonable accommodation.
