Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards
  • Ability to prepare and coach beverage and food preparation
  • Ability to delegate tasks to two or more employees
  • Comply with all safety and security procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of experience in customer-facing roles
  • Six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks
  • Knowledge of retail environment and customer service best practices
  • Strong interpersonal and team-working skills
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Ability to direct and motivate others
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes

Job Duties

  • Lead and direct the team during shifts to ensure smooth store operations
  • Coach partners on beverage and food preparation to meet Starbucks quality standards
  • Maintain store safety, cash handling, and operational protocols
  • Manage scheduling and delegate tasks to team members effectively
  • Foster a positive and welcoming environment for customers and partners
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Support inventory management and store cleanliness
