Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Ability to maintain punctuality and consistent attendance
- Ability to meet store policies and standards for quality, safety, and security
- Ability to delegate and supervise team members
- Ability to prepare food and beverages to specified standards
Job Qualifications
- Minimum six months experience in customer-facing roles
- Experience delegating tasks and coordinating employees
- Effective oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the retail environment
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to build relationships and work as part of a team
Job Duties
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety and security
- prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- delegate tasks and coordinate work of two or more employees
- foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
- support team development through coaching and mentoring
